An attorney and member of the Paris Bar since 2002, Anne-Jessica acts for French and international clients in business litigation and white-collar crime cases.
She has built up significant expertise in relation to complex civil and commercial litigation, related particularly to company law (conflicts between shareholders, breakdown of negotiations, representations and warranties), trade and competition law (unfair competition, termination of established commercial relationships), and insolvency proceedings (liability of executives of companies facing insolvency proceedings, defense of creditors’ rights).
Anne-Jessica also represents and advises clients on white collar crime cases, both in transactional and litigation matters. She has acted in many high-profile cases (the Bettencourt affair, Angolagate, “Ill-Gotten Gains”).
Finally, she has built up a practice focusing specifically on criminal law in relation to the art world (theft and resale of stolen artworks, money laundering, counterfeiting).
“Legal 500” considers Anne-Jessica Fauré to be “distinguished by her ‘total availability,’ ‘her perseverance and determination,’ and ‘her capacity to overcome all obstacles in order to achieve the desired goal, even in the most delicate situations’.”
