The Firm regularly acts on copyright matters, in particular when applied to art, photography, fashion, the luxury goods sector, design, publishing, and print media.

The Firm assists at all stages in order to protect, promote, and defend copyrights :

• Protecting the creations by the compilation of creation books (cahiers de création), filing designs and models applications, obtaining bailiffs’ reports to establish a date certain, and filing Soleau envelopes;

• Performing audits of portfolios of trademark rights and verification of strings of rights, in particular in the context of M&A transactions and company acquisitions;

• Negotiating and drafting copyright assignment agreements, license agreements, distribution agreements, and franchise agreements;

• Conducting counterfeiting and infringement litigation, before both the civil and the criminal courts.
